Outcome
HRSoft's suite has grown into a market leader in compensation management, used by companies like McAfee, Nintendo, and Square. Our work created the foundation for that expansion, which ultimately led to HRSoft's major private-equity acquisition by Bow River Capital.
Insight
Despite building a successful business, HRSoft was receiving feedback about a lack of innovation in their product's UX and interface. To address that and take their offering to the next level, HRSoft turned to us.
Idea
We completely redesigned the UX/UI of their web application and ecosystem of HR solutions, starting with a brand-new UI design system. We then scaled it across all HRSoft apps through interactive mockups and usability testing — working closely with HRSoft's existing customers to gather feedback and iterate until they reached a highly-positive final experience. We also paired with HRSoft's development team for implementation.

Impact
The result was a comprehensive transformation of HRSoft's software. The new UX/UI created a foundation for their continued growth, leading to the company becoming a market leader in compensation management. This success was capped by HRSoft's acquisition by Bow River Capital, where they're now focused on scaling operations and driving profitability.
